City Ecosystem

By paying an annual contribution, you are able to vote on changes made to the entertainment plaza located in the middle of your district or city. As a paying user, you will also receive a share of the revenue generated by this entertainment center

In addition, users who live in high-rise housing will receive 0.5% of the revenue generated by companies in the neighboring business sector.


	Paying parcel owners (in blue) can decide on any further development of the Relax area (in green) through voting. These parcel owners will receive 10% of any revenue generated after the development. The project developer can also mint the property (marked in green) as NFTs to fundraise for the project. Once the project starts generating revenue, NFT holders will receive an equal share of the revenue generated.
	Paying users (marked in red) and companies (marked in gray) can decide on any further development of the Relax area in the center (marked in green) through voting. They will receive 10% of any revenue generated after the development. Residential tower owners (marked in red) have the option to sell their apartments, while other users can pay an annual fee to become a user with voting rights and receive 10% of any revenue generated by the Relax center in the city.
	Paying users (red) receive 0.5% of the revenue made by the companies in the neighboring company sector. This is received in the contribution wallet (smart-contract) from which also the yearly payments for the apartment are paid.
